How do you catch squid locally for bait? Do sabikis work?

In answer to the original post: Squid are typically easy to catch. They crush a regular sabiki, squid jig, and any type of iron.

Use a squid sabiki!!! Drop it to the bottom, jig it up and down until you feel weight and reel it all the way in (do not stop reeling as there are no barbs on the squid jigs) once up drop 'em in your bait tank and happily repeat!! Good luck!!!
