hit la jolla last night/this morning. was planning to go from 5pm-5am but ended up being from 630pm to 115 am. wind/huge swells/lack of lobster ended the trip for us. ended up with 2 keepers for 30ish shorts. lost a net but found another haha. launched with no waves but landed in some that almost screwed up my outboard. I didnt bother timing them and almost flipped the boat.:doh:

stopped off at carls junior on the way home for dinner and fell asleep in the car on my friends driveway. woke up an hour later and unloaded and half died of laughter at my friends gibberish. he was so tired that he said "what happens if the ships run over the non healthy chickens?"

i told him that he said that and he said that he doesnt remember from the time we landed on the beach to the time he woke up haha.

That's f-en hilarious, my wife does that all the time. One day she fell asleep on the sofa and when I woke her up she said, 'tell the monkey not to jump over the blue moon'. I laughed so hard and so long that I ended up pissing her off......no nookie that night. She's done that a couple of time, she must be smoking some good sh*t in her sleep.

Good job.better than me I just went to dana for no keepers.Dogs ate up 25# bait and tore up nets and lost one net and another one was stolen.

how do u use soo much bait? 25 pounds?
