WTS/WTT fly rod and/or reel, looking for heavy kayak spinner

TFO signature series 9wt 9ft 2pc rod, used maybe 10 times, upper section replaced by TFO after broke tip and hasn't been fished since. $100

Sharpe's Menteith reel, rated 7wt but holds 8 and 9 just fine. $60

$140 if you buy em as a set.

Looking for a shimano spinning rod rated in the 30-40lb range, 6-7.5ft...not the cheap ones with a 1yr warranty. :)
