Seat Cushion
Do anyone of you use them? I know it takes your body time to get adjusted to things but I usually start to hurt about 2-3 hours into my paddle. I thought about getting some sort of sit cushion but wasn't sure hold well it would stay in it's place.

There is one I use i bought it at Dicks Sporting goods, foudn them in baseball/football section. They are cushions for when you sit on bleachers or stands. They work well for the kayak, fits right under the seat. cost $5

Try a 1/4 inch wetsuit short/bottom. It stays on your bottom all day long!:reel::luxhello:
