WSB near LJ shores - why no cattle boats?

I'm sure the 1/2 & 3/4 day cattle boats know about the WSB near LJ shores, so why do they not head over there? It isn't that far from MB or Pt.L. just curious - or maybe I shouldn't post this to give them ideas....
