Being lazy today
1 Attachment(s)
Ok, it's Sunday so I am entitled to be a little lazy. Not feeling like driving the 40 minutes to the beach, I hit up the local lake to see if I can catch us some lunch. Time to fire up the BBQ!

Practice catch and release:D
LMB taste like:sifone: |
can you eat Large Mouth?
|
Nice lmb,
yes you can eat them, Most fish are C&R , Noting wrong with eating a bass. I will keep one when I go camping and neglect to bring food, makes if fun. |
LMB taste worse later in the summer as the water warms and algae blooms prime time right now :D
|
They are good in a beer batter and better when you drink a few first...
|
My wife being Pinay, makes every:wsb:taste great!
|

PLEASE! If some one wants to bbq a legal fish no one on this board should call him out. Eating 1 lmb isn't going to crash a population. I never understood why LMB are the "sacred cow" of the fish world. There are photos on this board of 50lb WSB and no talks about C&R.
They taste fine. Mike |
