4/9.....everyone is catching wsb........
execpt me. went out for my first time in a kayak caught nothing but a sunburn.....got out at 6:30, couldn't find bait til noon. By the time I caught enough, the current and wind had pushed me so far southwest, it took me 45 minutes to get back to the kelp near the buoy... by the time I got back to the buoy, i was so exhausted from fighting the current and wind, I just called it a day by 2:00.....All you veterans make it look so friggen easy.....I guess it takes some experience.....maybe next time......

At least you were smart enough to get out there today..wish I could say the same about myself   |
Pretty freakin amazing!
Boiling, foaming sea bass in all directions at 10am. First Grego, then MS, then shear pandemonium. Like the Dec yt bite, but with sea bass! I got all my bait stolen by sea bass and then switched to surface iron. Markin fish all over at 25-30 feet down, bite after bite with no solid hooksets. Finally got the hook in one but was embarrased to say it was the smallest of the bunch at 36#. Never seen anything like it. Wow! Pat http://myfishingpics.com/photopost48...3DSC00441d.JPG |
Nice :D :D :D :D :D :D

some1 shoot me now :x hope they stick around...

Nice one Pat. That's a pretty nice fish for being the "small one". I hope they're still around on friday. I've never been in a wsb foamer before. That's pretty crazy.
get bent, corey |
Nice fish Pat.
It seems the WSB are following what you said in the "tip of the week" article. Same spot, same time, not to mention same lure. Very interesting. |
Fantastic! I couldn't believe that spot of boils. I got to watch the show at least. I missed out on landing one. It seemed like there were a lot of pulled hooks. The only reason more weren't caught was bait was hard to find. Anybody out there with a bait got picked up at least.
