Launched this morning 0530. High tide, 1-1.5ft surf. Made it out semi-dry. There was an annoying offshore wind, that pretty much stayed around until 0700. Lot's of bait popping up. One rockfish, but that was about it (for me anyway). Hoping the others did better...
