Laguna Niguel Trout Fishing (shore based) | Smoked Lightning Trout
 

Anthony and I went to Laguna Niguel Lake last Christmas weekend and fished for trout during the heavy rain storms. He caught a really nice Lightning trout and I caught a small Rainbow. The next day I put it in the smoker and took it to Anthony’s place. It’s been quite some time since I fished specifically for trout, but hopefully I could get out again during the colder winter months give it another shot with better results.
