Hobie bait tank pump replacement
 

Finally my hobie bait tank pump died on me today
I've been used it for 10yr
I'm looking for replacement pump but do I really have to use exactly same one ?
I'm using 6v battery
I tried to search but hard to find same one and looks pricey
Closest shop (south wind) out of stock

Any advice will be tanksful

They are just a Tsunami 500 GPH pump. They are available with different length on the inlet pipe, if you can't find the short one just buy the one with the longer pipe and cut it to the correct length. They even sell those on amazon, ebay or walmart, usually around $35-$41. If it's still the original tsunami pump, you can even just buy the cartridge only and reuse the original bottom housing, the cartridge is like $20 and free shipping on ebay.

If you scroll to the bottom, they sell some that say used. Only because the package has been damaged. I got mine for $11 free shipping with Amazon prime. Works perfectly.
