Diving these breakwalls, you'd be amazed at how many people are throwing away *perfectly good* hoop nets!! :p

I was able to recover a brand new one that I'm keeping for myself, and also one that had been there for a couple of weeks at least.

The netting is completely rotted off of it but if you've got 10 bucks for a replacement net and some zipties you could easily make a new net of it.
