Beach Fishing the Grunion Run
 

I figure it'd be okay to fish the beach at night, and the grunion season has begun: https://www.californiabeaches.com/grunion-run-schedule/

Only thing is I don't have much experience doing this. I've heard that the extreme low tide during those days is good, casting outside the surf with a stick bait.

Anybody out there got some tips to share?
