Back in the day, well over 20 years ago, while riding Harleys I met the owner of Rubys Diner. Upstanding guy.

I'll never forget when he told me his first year at the end of the Seal Beach pier he expected to be in the red or barely brake even.

He was shocked to have made over $500,000 flipping burgers there that year.
