George Clout. Endangering all of us.
 

George Clout is an idiot. He's been feeding the hammerheads at county line and teaching them to be aggressive toward people on the water. If you don't know him he's the guy with the super loud voice that fishes the zodiac at county. He owns Clout surf shop and is married to one of the owners of the high end dept store Fred Segal (that's how he can afford to fish everyday). I've seen him hand feed fish to Sharks. He will literally chum the water and hand feed Sharks yellowtail and other fish. I've seen him do this numerous times and told him that what he was doing was wrong. I've told him he is teaching these Sharks to approach humans on the water. He doesn't care. He only cares about getting likes on Facebook and Instagram. Today he posted an actual video of him feeding one of the hammerheads from his zodiac (like he. Does every damn day!). Yesterday I witnessed a hammerhead attack a fellow kayaker. It repeatedly bumped and circled him in an aggressive manner. If you run into this POS. PLEASE TELL HIM WHY HE IS ENDANGERING US ALL!

rockfish and bugs out of season too. The guy is a kook and his whole posse is just as bad. The worst part is I think his ego is too big to realize that anything he's doing is wrong.

I know that our current Dept of Fish & Wildlife is pretty much useless, but you'd think this guy would be on their radar. Especially by posting video evidence of his misdeeds. They must be too busy hanging out on boat launches to do any real enforcement work...
