Anyone use these for kayak tracks
So I've been looking at tracks and they seem pricey for the amount of material you get. Then I stumbled on T tracks on eBay wonder if they would work

Just looking at them for the 1st time. Hard to tell how stout they would be. They seem a little on the *lighter* side. Are they made out of machined aluminum ?

I was looking for an install video of the GT 90 for my PA and someone posted this link for rails. I plan on going to Rockler to see if it will work, looks similar

For the PA, don't mess around just get the Yakattack Geartracs...
You know this one http://cdn3.volusion.com/trxvj.tesaw...jpg?1396604110 It's more expensive but...it's not like your going to be buying one every year...from what I hear they are a hell of alot more solid and stable than the skinny versions..... Like these... http://cdn3.volusion.com/trxvj.tesaw...jpg?1371712270 |
I agree with Tony, if you have the mounting room go with the wide ones SOLID!
