Who has ever made an amphibious parade float?

Cheers for the effort and thinkin outside the box though.

Maybe bringing a pellet gun on the yak will keep the sea lions away lmao! Just a thought lol

LawDog 06-05-2015 02:40 PM

I really hope my tax dollars were spent on that. Lord that was dumb

Sea Lions 1, Faux Killer Whale 0.

Wouldn't it just have scared the sea lions onto the dock anyway, in the unlikely event that it did work?

ful-rac 06-05-2015 03:13 PM

I think an old lady with a broom would have done a better job at getting rid of those sea lions than that stupid orca.....

taggermike 06-05-2015 05:34 PM

Sea lions are too smart to fall for that nonsence. I agree about the broom idea. Mike

Well that didn't work

I think that was a poor attempt. I believe that since we are not allowed, we should invite a large group of Eskimos to come and stay for a visit a few times a year in La Jolla and apply their trade and collect seal furs to take back home. The over population of seals in the California coast is absolutely ridiculous. I HATE SEALS!

taggermike 06-06-2015 08:59 AM

Sea lions are the "sacred cows" of our coast, they can go any where and do any thing. If one somehow entered your house, legally, you might move out. 2 jack russle terriers working in shifts might keep the lions off. But thats illegal too. Mike
