Fog, Bait, Smooth Water
 

But no fish (on my hook). I went out Sunday morning @5 am with the other 6 vehicles worth of anglers that were lined up on the beach. I caught a couple Bonito on the sabiki that were 15" for a little jet-fueled fun. Easily made Spanish and Greenies with the fish finder north of the pier. Only one ever had teeth marks and one bit in half by a sea lion. I saw one guy hook up and lose it. A glimmer of hope.

Nice paddle, cool views of fog banks (really), especially the sun coming over the cliffs. I love to get out there.
