Your bad day of fishing is still better than me having to work today!

lbsurf2ca 02-21-2015 04:55 PM

Did you at least land one?

YakDout 02-21-2015 05:42 PM

How did you lose any sinkers to leopards? Needle nose pliers and your good. No need to cut line....

captnblood34 02-21-2015 06:19 PM

That and if they are legal (36") they are totally worth keeping, great eats.

Cbad Mike 02-21-2015 06:32 PM

At least you didn't roll.

Or did you?

Never tried one but I think they are out of season.

So you're assuming that I'm literally cutting my line and losing and entire setup?

YakDout 02-22-2015 05:34 PM

Sorry for the assumption, I just don't know how you can lose that many sinkers to a fish that is easily landed on your lap and hook retrieved out of mouth with a pair of pliers. Unless the taxman or a seal came up and ate your leopard shark. Is this what happened jorge? 😁

jruiz 02-22-2015 05:41 PM

First thing I thought was drop shot or similar rig that the shark bit through. Jorge did tell me once that leopard sharks gave him nightmares though so you might be onto something yakdonut.
