LJ lunch break... no love
 

No love from bait, no love from YT / WSB / halibut.....

Took a long lunch and hit LJ today 11am- 1pm, absolutely gorgeous conditions out there! warm water, clear blue sky, tiny swell, gentle breeze...

Lots of bait around kelp but nada wanted to even come close to play with sabiki... gave up after an hour and went bottom fishing with frozen squid, picked up 2 big rockfishes to beat the skunk!

Back in home office sending emails again by 2:00pm....

Ummm you already won by being able to take an extended lunch break and fish LJ!!! Duuuddee!!!

Not a bad lunch. Beautiful surroundings, little exercise, and avoided a skunk. Not a bad lunch, at all.
