Channel Islands WSB grow out pens
 

Saw a post seeking volunteers as Hubs was delivering 33,000 baby seabass to a grow out pen here in the harbor. Always try to take kids to any volunteer thing time permitting and was able to rush them out of school and to the harbor in time for the last leg. This combined there passion for fishing and willingness to help others.

Will be heading back Friday and Monday to help as today there was about 11,000 WSB delivered. Spoke to the folks and learned more info about WSB but they could not answer why I have yet to catch one :)

FYI the pen is located right next door to Cisco. Looks like next target fish may be the halibut to help increase numbers.
