Went to the vine this week because my PA14 was getting bored at home....it was slow but managed to pull some in for a pic. All fish were cought in 20 /15 ft of water on 10 and four inch plastics. Now i need to go to LJ and toss irons. IF anyone knows a good place to lauch were i wont have to fight to get out of the surf pls advise....i cought the piggy trout on a 6 inch worm...lol

La jolla shores is the only place to launch to fish la jolla area. Can't avoid surf, but they're usually ankle slappers. Just be sure to check swell and weather report before launching.
