Local Tijuana Tuna
1 Attachment(s)
Not kayak related, but I thought i'd share. I couldn't make it to San Diego for my day off with yellows :(; so, I made the quick decision to fish one of the local parks with a friend. Bass fishing was slow, but sight fishing for another kind was outstanding. It took a tense thirty minute battle through bubblers and trees and around the lake on 4 Lb. test. It proved to be an epic battle! :reel::boxing_smiley: It surfaced several times, and took several solid 20 yard runs after the initial 50 yard sprint across the lake. Got it close enough to net, and... oh no! Didn't bring one  Thankfully, I was generously offered one from one of the many fisherman applauding me on. In the net and done. :cheers1: Then off to swim another day.

Roman, the "little" kid.......:D
This young man is a fish killing machine. (No training from his Dad) He probably has more fat pigs than many of the older more seasoned members on here. Way to go Roman. :you_rock: |
