I hear ya, I've bought a lot of computers and photo gear off ebay and if the seller has a super review and a return policy then i start adding in savings such as sales tax, time, money driving around looking at local used ones etc.

I'm sure you know the drill.

I got a hds 5 from cabelas a while ago and I want to say it was low 300. I belive is was a factory rebuild with no transducer. You can find transducers anywhere. I love my Hds 5.:cheers1:

You gotta really good deal because their reconditioned models with no transducer are 449.99 right now
