Landed a bunch of largemouth and gangjunchi the other day from the kayak. No whoppers, but some nice largemouth, including two that were pushing 3 pounds. Also got what the Korean's call Nuchi and the Japanese call Nigoi, called a Barbel steed in English. More silver in color than the ones I've caught in Japan, was on a mud flat.

A few pics and I'm playing with GoPro video. Had to get a bigger memory card, will keep experimenting.

Wow, that Barbel Steed looks to be imitating a bonefish.

Yep, they are often compared to the bonefish, especially since they like shallow water and fight hard as well, much harder than the predatory carp.
