Hobie battery holder

The other way to mount the Hobie battery holder is attaching it to the sail mast post inside with the included hardware and clamp.

I like the pelican case set up. No better solution than that

Hobie couples this with an 8 ah battery that I would recommend using because it is the perfect fit and the terminal ends are sealed and ready.

thank you

i also have the pelican case . the hobie setup is nice though . you can also drop it into the 8 " hatch if i am not mistaken . i was thinking maybe in the back to distribute weight a little bit . leaves me more room for my junk up front .

What size batteries will it accept?

I just put mine inside a Sea to Summit dry bag and then clip the dry bag around the sail mast. Works like a champ so far.

Out of sight, out of mind.

Before Hobie came out with this holder, I just used a tackle tray.

I like the new setup but unfortunately, that is where I keep my tackle bag.
