Help needed with Bass and Brew 2013
 

What an adventure this has been so far! We have over 45 people likely to attend so far. There is over $5000 worth of donations so far. We're working on getting most of the food donated. I'm trying to get more quality tackle donated as well.
What we don't have is a public address system like a kareoke system or a bullhorn. The raffle and auction will all be done outside and a PA will make things easier. We could also use a few more EZ-UPs to help with shade. If you can help, or want to donate, please let me know. Only 19 more days!!! We hope we can put on a good event for you. I've got a 12 x 12 easy-up we can use. I'll want to drop it off at Aztec the day before so I don't leave it unattended in the truck while I fish...

We can use EZ ups to help with shade because the raffle and auction and BBQ are all outside.
I would like to know if you guys would like to have a casting contest. If someone could get a child's wading pool and a five gallon bucket as the target. 1 point in the pool, 3 points in the bucket. Three casts for a yet to be determined amount. The winner gets bragging rights for the year and a prize.

And we still need a reel to put on one of the Ugly Stick Tiger rods I bought for the event the rod is a medium light
BigWaveDave came through with three reels. If anyone else could help with a reel then all the rods would be complete outfits. Thanks for any help.

I'm working on a bull horn for you. I have one in my shop thats old and crusty (like myself) but it still kind of works (like myself). Pretty sure it just needs some fresh batteries (8-C's) I'll check it out and let you know. If no one rains on my parade and I make it down there I'll bring it.

If any one else has something, bring it also. I don't want to be "that guy" that brings the bullhorn that takes a shit half way through the festivities.
