Bass And Brew 2013 Rollcall 2.0

What: Kayak fishing at the Oceanside harbor and artificial reefs.
followed by a BBQ, raffle and silent auction at Aztec Brewing Company in Vista
When: June 22nd meet and launch from 5:30 to 6:30 at Oceanside Harbor
Fish until noon or earlier if you want. It's up to the individual.
From 1:00 to 5:00 BBQ, raffle and auction at Aztec Brewery in Vista
They will have a brand new beer made just for the event, a Blood Orange Belgian Blond, "Seriola Sunrise". :drool5:

I hope I can make it. Just found out Im supposed to be in the field that weekend.

I'll be coming out of a field cycle just before the event. I'd like to attend, but cant commit until I return on the 20th. I hope that's alright. Beer and fishing, sounds like a heavenly combination.

I'm going to try to make it and bring a friend with me. Looks like a ton of work has been put into this event!

We are at 1800 pounds so far :). By the 22nd I think we will have passed the ton mark.

I'm still planning on going. OEX mission bay just installed a new fish finder and rod holder for me. I can't wait to test them out.

I got a friend out on my yak. He talked his wife into getting one two days later. If OEX Mission Bay would get his yak put together, (Jackson Big Tuna), he and his wife will be there.

If the yak isn't ready, they can still come to the brewery.

Good point. That sounds like a good keg. I'm looking forward to trying it.
