I was fishing the dp harbor (not in my kayak) and got this guy. 5.4 lbs 24.5 inches. Man was that intense! Was shaking from adrenaline for like 15 mins. So pumped!:)

Congrats man! I got my first legal about 11 months ago and the addiction has only gotten worse, I am talking biblical proportions worse and my first was like 22.0001 inches and I was wound up for two days. NICE!:luxhello:

Am I the only one without a legal Hali? Landed plenty of 18"ish but no legals todate :(

Yup. Same here. In fact, as a team, the 2 largest halis caught were both 18", both caught by my 9-yr old son. I have some catching up (or just catching) to do! Butt I feel it coming soon, now that I have a fancy new gaff. Lol. :reel:
