When the fishin' goes good, the eatin' goes better. :D
Some various Yellow Tail hand rolls, Sashimi and Tataki. A nice unfiltered Hot Sake and Sapporo. A dash a Lawreys. Slow cooked on both sides, then a quick blazing hot seer on both sides after you let it rest for a moment. Laid over a bed of spinach reduced in a white wine garlic butter sauce. Long grain brown rice with a some diced Shitaki mushrooms, a light spring mix with some balsamic vinaigrette and a side of mixed veggies with a light drizzle of butter and salt.
