First time in SD bay
 

Hey everyone,

I had a fun day on the water out of Shelter Island. Nice to meet some of you from the site as well. I managed to get a few sand bass, spotties, and some small calicos. Didn't venture to far, still getting used to paddling. everything was caught and released on 4 inch swimbaits and drop shot plastic minnows between the beach and pier. Gonna try tidelands tomorrow. See you on the water!

well you did better than we did, I think I had a half dozen turds, about twenty lizards, some to a # and a short butt on the shrimp plastic out of the great goody bag, but still a great time, everybody is cool and seemed to fit together nicely, can't wait till the next time we all can get together...

oh, BTW, Kendall says thanks for a great time, she enjoyed everyone, one of these days we will get her out...till then it's surf fishin'...
