i had that happen twice this past winter, out of only like 5 trips. pretty epic. one of them was right under me and the other was about 15 yards away.

was that Kevin in the PA who stood up? :confused: the only time i ever see him sitting is when he's moving.

HellYah!!!!

I had a repeat performance this morning at La Jolla - 200 yards off the beach between 5:15 and 5:30 a mother and calf did a circle around me just 20 feet away. I haven't been that close since San Ignacio Lagoon.

so nice !!! maverick buzzed the tower!
