Have you looked over the MLPA closures? Pretty sure all of laguna is closedto fishing now

Surf fishing? Well, thats' ok then.

Section I-D 10 Tango of the MLPA closer publication clearly states any/and all fishing from a platform other than a kayak or boat, is acceptable!
