Liability Insurance for Kayaks

Where do you get it? The Open Bay Bass tourney requires this and there are still spots. So any help would be great.

I called them we dont need it its only for the boats... Plus Andy posted it some place that i read later..

Correct, no liability insurance, it is stated on the entry waiver!
