Yakima BowDown J rack. w/ locks
 

Don't need these anymore due to buying the PA
Paid almost $200 + the locks

I have them on CL for $140, but will sell them on BWE for $125 with the locks.
I'm going to hold on to the straps though. These are what I've been using and they would great
