For all you Facebook users, their is a 'BEST KAYAK ANGLER & GUIDE' Survey online.
You will notice one specific name that stands out amongst the list of all other Guides..
(& Thats because he is by far, "THE BEST".)
I have taken Pro guided trips all over the place throughout the years, and no one has stood the complete test of critiquing like Darkhorse has...:cheers1:

Wade, how can anyone take this list serious when a name like Jim Sammons is missing. The guy only has his own TV show...

I have to agree... what kind of list keeps one of the all time greatest extreme anglers off the list of 2011 anglers?
They put him on the list for guides but left him off the list of top anglers?:eek:

I guess all of the giant Roosters, Mahi, TV show, Tuna, Sturgeon, and God only knows what other catches, this year alone, take Jim out of the running for best angler... I think Jim's accomplishments were just a bit too overwhelming to include him in this competition!;)
Maybe he is, or isn't, but leaving someone of his accomplishments off the list is kind of like another process... what was that again... the MLPA inititive or something?:rolleyes:

Forgot to mention that, I did write that in as well. Did this thing last week so I couldnt remember all the things that we had to write in.

Thanks for the kind words guys, I am not real concerned with this thing though. It is nice to be nominated but this is from a really small site and this "contest" is getting them more traffic than they have ever had I bet. Much of it from guys that were nominated posting on FB for their fans to vote for them (which I guess you can do multiple times) , which I will not do.I just heard about this myself. Josh certainly deserves votes as guide of the year, at least on the big local fish, he has been killing it out there.
