Thank you, it sucks big time when you have been paying the landlord and only to discovered that the bank wants you out because the landlord hasn't been making mortgage payments and hid all the bank letters from us about being foreclosure/evict.

wow dude. You can barrow my Yak anytime you need if you need to get out and fish and get away from it all. The best therapy for me, makes me think about stuff.

Any chance you can update the original post by deleting or putting a "SOLD" by the items you no longer have? Also are you shipping stuff? I wish I lived closer to you. I am interested in the PFD if it is still available but wonder if it would be worth it if you add shipping on top. Sorry about your situation. This scares the hell out of me also. We use to get all the overtime we wanted a year ago. Now, not so much..
