Launched in the dark; minus tide. Tons of life early. Good current, little wind, no clouds. 65ish clear green water.

~630 while I'm making a small move w/ a swimbait out, I hear rossman's clicker go off just as I hear my spectra flying thru the guides.
I yelled "Git'em!" and got my fish up. Turned out to be a super size cuda maybe 9#. Rossman is still on and lands a 45# OC WSB!
Woo-HOOO! Yeah dad, happy freakin' father's day!

Actually, that wouldn't be funny at all.
Non-reports when fishing is going off is one thing, although it wasn't something we ever did, or endorsed.
Misleading information would be quite a different thing.

But not cool to purposefully mislead others...I don't know if that happened here. It sounded like a sincere OC report-- which actually makes it more special in some senses. You don't have to reveal where caught....but you don't have to lie about it either. :icon_bs: :leaving:
