Bert Vega 05-27-2014 08:23 PM

Nice video as usual Tony! I don't know why but I always crack up when you beat them with the club.

RobFish 05-27-2014 08:43 PM

Awesome Tony!
The look on your face at 3:54-55 is priceless.
Always great footage from your adventures.

ericko 05-27-2014 10:58 PM

So that's what I mist... Nice fishes!!

addicted2sp33d 05-28-2014 07:18 AM

LOL. At 1:09, I thought you were using the lip-gripper on that mack.

You guys make catching Halibut and car-topping your yak look so easy.

DanaPT 05-28-2014 07:24 AM

hat-trick.

GKG!

primosurf 05-28-2014 07:35 AM

Nice work!

GregAndrew 05-28-2014 07:45 AM

Haven't you learned your lesson on bringing a hot Halibut on deck? You are lucky nothing got broke this time lol. And cradle robbing too? And if that is not bad enough, you hoard all the fish for yourself again. And enough with all the "In your face" close ups. I like all my close ups to be from at least 50 feet. Gonna go broke with no friends at this rate.

And for those of you that cannot read between the lines, this is sarcasm.

blitzburgh 05-28-2014 07:48 AM

Nice Tony! :notworthy:

ful-rac 05-28-2014 07:50 AM

I think the greg close ups are the best part of the videos! :luxhello:

Hunters Pa 05-28-2014 08:48 AM

That's it! I need to hide a gps tracker on your kayak. Or just tag along sometime.

Nice video, as always. Love the pacifying hardwood shampoo liberally applied, rinse, repeat.

JeffB 05-28-2014 08:54 AM

So you caught a white halibut and a brown halibut?

Joe, in case you didn't know. The halibut that are caught inside the harbors are the same halibut that are caught outside in open water. Yeah, I know it sounds crazy but fish migrate from time to time because of water temps, they are spawning(having babies), following bait or they just happen to make the wrong turn and ended up in the harbor or 'open water'.

It's kinda like you. Remember how you used to fish in the bay but now you fish in open water. Essentially, what this means is that you've migrated from the harbor to open water.

GregAndrew 05-28-2014 11:16 AM

This all gets so confusing! So, let me see if I have it right now. The brown water is in the sewer, but the brown Halibut are in the open waters. Does that have anything to do with eating brown baits? And if so, should I focus on using brown swimbaits? Well, at least I have 3 brown eyes going for me.:D

Ps: should I start looking for a brown lens filter for my GoPro?

yakjoe 05-28-2014 11:23 AM

yup but I left the Harbor and you NO i NO all that info

just post your pics NO words but good job :D old men get grumpy  :biggrinjester: :sifone: :D:D:D:luxhello::cheers1:

Looks like a fun day at the sewer :luxhello: Tony, you maniacal laugh while setting the hook was killing me :D

Greg, you need to make a separate youtube video about car topping a kayak. All this time I thought some crazy PVC contraption with pulleys was needed to get a yak up there

Hunter (The 80's Man) 05-28-2014 01:55 PM

? So you can tell if they were SEWER caught? Actually they are easier to see on the launch ramp, Brown side up it is harder to tell how big they are.

Carefull Yakjoe, if you killed that much butt in a day you would be way over limit and on your way to JAIL.
