Picking up the xFactor today

CJ, Brent, and Brian have been awesome. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. For some reason I can't post multiple photos with iPhone. So I will post more separately. |

It looks like a nice boat.
They should give you a couple hundred dollars discount due to the poor paint job. How frickin hard is it to paint the entire boat one color? |
That's a nice looking kayak

OEX does great work. Nice and clean. I have to admit that I felt blood leaving my head and rushing to my legs, when I first saw the camo pattern. I think my visicarbon light and flag will help make my camo yak more visible....lol
The only thing I noticed is the dark brown kinda reminds me of the sea dogs. Hopefully I won't be shark bait out there. I don't know how that icon got there. I hate using iPhones for web stuff. |
I don't know what the bottom of the kayak looks like but how do you clean out the water pump if it gets plugged while you're on the water?

I see they finally raised the rear hatch.

Looks great man now all you need to do is get on the water. Whens the maiden voyage?

Wiring is all finished up and ready to go for you!
As for the pump getting clogged, It is a recessed fitting with a screen. Clogging isnt usually and issue unless you get into some heavy cut up eel grass or similar. Everything on this si same as a Stealth. |
that is a nice fish killing machine! Congrats
|
Sweet, definitely worth the wait. I gotta upgrade to the new model, that new bait tank is BA.

When these start showing up at the blem sales I'm getting one! I have 2 of the 2012 models and there great but... that flat hatch in the back is a great feature. Would help with my problem of where to safely put this huge expensive lithium battery I have besides the in bait tank hatch where I need to put bait.

What Kayak, I don't see no frick'in kayak:D

No, it's not a bilge pump at all. That pump circulates fresh water into the bait tank (in the center hatch) to keep your bait fish alive. The white tube going out the side of the yak is the overflow for the bait tank. A lot of guys carry manual bilge pumps (or a big sponge) in case of emergency but i've never seen an electric one on a yak.
|
Thanks for the kind comments and replies. I plan to take the yak out sometime next week or two. I have two weeks off for the holidays and want to get out 2 or 3 times. My wife saw the camo color when I got home and she absolutely hated it. She likes the bright blue, reds, yellows, etc. Love her to death, but she does not understand my Neanderthal side.....lol.
