We will take night 2 for dinner which should be Tuesday and crank out food for 15+.

There is never too much firewood or charcoal. Still looking for a large USED pot
for steaming clams, cooking pasta for 15 or to cook a big PULPO. Maybe a roll of heavy duty aluminum foil. DO NOT FORGET flies, crocks, magabaits, flat falls, plastics. REMEMBER if it WIGGLES it will get BIT!!!!! You guys ARE going to have so much fun. Quote:

I'll be hitting the reef north of the island! I know where the big grouper and snapper like to hang:cool: I welcome others on this run it's about 7 miles with the ability to hide behind the island along the way. I recommend bringing something to troll along the way, might get a mahi or something cool.

I will be preparing (48) lamb chops. They are thick, but not very big.
Does anybody have a B.B.Q big enough to do them all at once? The restaurant can prepare them in a pan, but it may take some time to do them all. |

I'm NOT going to meet up with the caravan in Calexico Sat a.m. I'll be leaving my home Saturday a.m. and I"ll get to your place at Las Encantadas around 4:00 pm Saturday afternoon. I'm planning to stay the entire week, come home on the 29th. See you Saturday afternoon amigo! |

One of two ways. Once a year or so I can go cut some a couple miles from camp, or I can buy some from a local. Buying is more of a donation to a needy family in the area.
