That's because most of the guys that are in the know, don't keep more than a couple yellows, i like to think of it as showing some respect to not just the fish but the spot, some people aren't content enough with that though

DUDE nice cull! What are you going to do with all that sushi? I get sick of yellers after eating a few pounds of the fish.

I killed these fish cuz I love fish n we needed a min of 20 pounds to can. This is my first year ever catching yellows in LA Jolla but iv def put my time in there for the last few years. I'm a huge fan of catch and release tho these 6 fish didn't get the chance. I did release 2 after I got these fish.

What an amazing day and not a "firecracker" among them! :cheers1: Did you take any video? That's something to be archived. Days like those don't happen often even on the boats.
Even more is that you didn't have to fight the sea dogs for any! Just wondering who else they were bothering.
On a personal question, HOW IN THE DEVIL DID YOU LAND WITH THAT LOAD? ? ?
Congrats again,:notworthy:

I didn't take any vids of my hook ups cuz it was to wide open for me and I don't have a gopro. Only my cell phone to take vids so its risky. Landin on the Beach was a little different considering all the extra weight I'm not used to. My bow went under water and looked like a sub. But it came back up after 5 feet or so. Lots of fun trying to balance the weight evenly.
