West Marine has the Shimano Citicas on sale right now for an unbelivable price. A 200 DPV would be a great fit. The Coastal is good too, I have one of those as well. The Abu Garcia Revo is a bit more, but a small, light workhorse.

With spotties I think a low profile (easy to palm and on the hands) is a great choice. I used to fish round reels but went to all low pros. In addition, you'll want something with levelwind for ease of retrieve. The Saltist & Sealines are great for certain things but a bit bulky and cumbersome for spottie fishing. Low pros are ideal reels for all bass fishing - I've even caught yellows and albies for fun on my Curado 300.

If you're dead set on a round reel - Diawa Lunas and Shimano Calcuttas are a good fit. Check out the Shimano Cardiff 200 or 300 as well - a bit cheaper and fully capable. All of these reels have levelwind.
