My advice just as tony said, don't go cheap. I made several ones on my own and bought several cheap ones. THEY ALL FAILED. I finally spent some money on one and it works better than any cheap one or DIY one.

Didn't you take that one Scupper hole cart that I once had? How did that ever work?

FYI I know a lot of people are using the scupper hole type carts, but I have been told by some very high in the sport that the scupper hole carts could damage the welding in the scuppers. I've heard it from some pretty high ranking Kayak people so just wanted to throw that out there.

The cart I have is free to whomever wants it. It was given to me. PM me if you are interested.
