That's a nice fish.

on the topic of where's the fin? http://wildlife.utah.gov/fes/pdf_pubs/2003_03.pdf.

My summary/experience is that fin abrasion/disease is a "tail-tail" sign of a hatchery fish.

Congratz on your PB trout Josh! Haven't caught anything over 3lbs there. Bet she put up a hell of a fight ha.
